Sokha is a middle-aged lady with a gentle manner and a sweet smile. She lives in Phnom Penh with her husband, her mother, and a grown-up daughter.

Sokha is under a doctor for mental illness which causes fear and anxiety, fuelled by her husband’s sometimes violent behavior. She came to know Jesus quite recently, when a neighbour took her to church.

She says she finds the preaching in church difficult to understand. “But I understand Family FM,” she told us. She listens to Family FM every day. She says that she loves the programs and they comfort her.
