RICK DE GRAAF, is Chair of the Board of Trustees.A Canadian, he is Country Consultant (team leader) for CRWRC Cambodia which is dedicated to strengthen the capacity of local NGO and Church partners to manage integrated community development. He has technical gifts, a keen interest in electronics and radio, and is interested in developing effective Boards and organizations.

MRS NAVY CHANN is Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees.Navy was educated in Canada and has a Masters Degree in Development and Management from the Philippines. She is Director of the Cambodian NGO Genesis Community of Transformation (GCT) dedicated to empowering communities through training and mentoring.

SAMOEUN INTAL is founder of FEBCambodia and its Executive Director.She lived in the Philippines for 18 years from 1975 to 1993. Early on in that period she became a Christian, and joined FEBC Philippines on the Cambodian desk.In 1993 she returned to Cambodia with her Filipino husband Robledo and set up FEBCambodia.

PASTOR YOURNG SOTH studied theology at the Takmau Bible Institute in the early 1970s, and is one of the few Christians to survive the Pol Pot regime.He has been President of the Khmer Evangelical Church since 1993.

PASTOR RUNNATH NARA is pastor of the Cambodian Church of Christ. He lived for eight years in Thailand and gained a degree in Theology there.

KEN HUFF, from USA, is country moderator of Assemblies of God World Missions in Cambodia, responsible for co-ordinating the ministries of its missionaries. A former youth pastor, he helped start the country’s first Teen Challenge Centre. Fluent in Khmer, he ministers in churches throughout the nation and serves on a number of mission boards besides FEBCambodia.

JEAN-LUC LEBRUN is a writer and lecturer in scientific communication. He and his Cambodian wife Ling are OMF partners in Cambodia, and have for many years acted as advisors and trainers of FEBCambodia management and staff especially in the area of programming.
